No outcome is guaranteed, and all treatments are undertaken voluntarily and at your discretion.

7. Client Conduct & Respect

Baliga Clinic is a safe and inclusive space. We require that all clients behave respectfully toward our staff and other visitors. Abusive, discriminatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of treatment and possible permanent banning from our services. We reserve the right to refuse or end any session if such behaviour occurs.

8. Public Reviews & Feedback

Clients are welcome to leave honest reviews based on completed treatment sessions. By doing so, you agree that:

  • Feedback will be truthful, fair, and not defamatory

  • It will be based solely on your experience of our services

  • You will not use reviews to intentionally harm the reputation of Baliga Clinic or its staff

We reserve the right to respond to reviews and pursue appropriate legal action where false, misleading, or malicious statements are made publicly.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds may not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions are at our discretion and may be made in emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
