TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Please take the time to read through this information carefully. By booking an appointment with Baliga Ayurveda Ltd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice, and you commit to attending your scheduled appointment.
This website is operated by Baliga Ayurveda Ltd. Terms such as “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Baliga Ayurveda Ltd.
We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services, conditional on your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By using our site or purchasing from us, you fully accept these terms and conditions. You may view the latest version on our website at any time. We reserve the right to update these terms without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, especially where it concerns client safety, therapist wellbeing, or professional standards.
All clients must provide accurate medical and personal information before receiving any treatment. Failure to do so may affect the suitability or safety of the treatment, and we accept no responsibility for consequences arising from withheld or inaccurate information.
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must co-sign the New Client Consultation Form and remain present throughout the appointment.
Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your session, but the full appointment fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
We safeguard client information and clinical records in compliance with UK law and GDPR. We will not share, sell, or distribute any of your personal information without your consent unless required by law. Practitioners access these records only during their contract with Baliga Ayurveda Ltd, solely to provide appropriate treatment.
Each practitioner is insured, qualified, and maintains high standards of personal hygiene. Clients are also asked to maintain high hygiene standards for treatment sessions.
Baliga Ayurveda Ltd may refuse any treatment if a client exhibits abusive, inappropriate, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of harassment. Such behaviour may result in a permanent ban from our premises and could lead to legal action.
CONSENT TO TREATMENT
By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you consent to receive treatment from Baliga Ayurveda Ltd. You understand that the services offered are rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles and are intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescription.
No guarantees are made about the outcomes of any treatment. You agree that treatment is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion. You may withdraw consent or terminate the session at any time. We may also terminate treatment if we believe continuing is not safe or appropriate.
FEEDBACK AND PUBLIC REVIEWS
We welcome honest feedback and reviews following your session. However, by leaving a review, you agree that your statements will be truthful, based on your actual experience, and not intentionally misleading or defamatory.
Baliga Ayurveda Ltd reserves the right to respond to reviews and to take appropriate legal action where false or harmful claims are made that damage our reputation or staff.
