-       Concepts of Body, Mind and Soul and their Relationships

-       Seasonal and Daily Regimens

-       Importance of Food, Exercise and Sleep in Wellbeing

-       Concept of Digestive Fire

Introduction to herbs and therapies (3 hr)

-       Herbs and Spices

-       Therapies

-       Panchakarma (Detox)

Introduction to Meditation, Yoga and Pranayama (0.5 hr)

Maintaining your Health using Ayurveda (0.5 hr)

 

Course outcome:

This course is for a general introduction to Ayurveda for self-maintenance. This training is not suitable training to become an independent practitioner.

Includes one-off analysis of your Prakruti and diet and lifestyle advice for maintaining your own health
